Ship's Wheel Pattern Request
« on: September 16, 2010, 06:53:30 pm »
Hello,
I am new to the community. The workshop is amazing & I get so many ideas -perhaps too many!
I am looking for a pattern I saw on the internet - somewhere that, I thought I had saved a picture of, but now can't find. It is a ship's wheel with the words "May the wind be always at your back". It is for my husband who has begun building a wooden boat, but now is awaiting by-pass surgery. I hope this will encourage his recovery so he can complete the boat. Any help appreciated.
Thank You

Good thoughts your way.  Let him know I had a quadruple bypass in 2001 and am still a kickin.

Welcome.

I thought Creative Woodworks had one, but it doesn't have the saying on it and it is intarsia.

Welcome aboard, I hope your husband gets his surgery soon and gets back on the mend. I saw some interesting patterns on Sue May's site,  www.scrollartist.com
You might see more there. Good luck from Newfoundland, Canada
