Nun Story!

I was taking my First Aid re-certification class at the Rd Cross and we got to the section about how to stem the flow of blood from the Femoral Artery.
I was paired with a nun who was also an R. N.!

I dropped on the mat on my back and said, "Go for it Sister!" and the whole class exploded in laughter but she simply dropped to her knees and put her hand right where it was supposed to go and said loudly, "
You get to do me next!"
With that statement the class had to take a 10 minute break to get its composure back.

After the instructor approved of her method we simply exchanged places and she looked up at me and said, "Enjoy yourself!"

At that point the instructor had to suspend the class for lunch!

For those of you who don't know the procedure you have to place the heel of your hand at the junction of where the Thigh intersects with the torso and apply firm pressure.

As I got older I found that 'most' nuns have a great sense of humor.
