"WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?!" the irate customer calling the
newspaper office, loudly demanded.

"Madam", said the newspaper employee, "today is Saturday.  The Sunday paper is not delivered until tomorrow, on SUNDAY".

There was quite a long pause on the other end of the phone,
followed by a ray of recognition as she was heard to mutter, 
"Well, s%&#, so that's why no one was at church today."

I know a true story like this.
about 10 years ago a senior member of our church had mised that the clock was set one hour later due summertime, so he was to early.
he burst out in tears because h thought that christ was come an had taken his children home.......
luckly for him, it was just one hour and later he LOL at his owm misstake
