New from Virginia Beach, VA
« on: April 01, 2020, 05:43:41 am »
Hello. I have been primarily looking at scrollsaw work for a while. Since I have not been able to make it to the shop I've spent a bunch of time "designing" (?) stuff for my kids that I'll eventually get to. It seems that I get some satisfaction from simply figuring out how to use inkscape. I'm hoping this social distancing lets me distance my self into the shop.

Welcome to Steve's blog.  I believe you will find it an educational and inspiring place.  Ask questions as there are often folks on the site who have just the solution that you are looking for.  Contribute when you can with what you have learned.  Often there are more "lookers" than "communicators" - perhaps shy woodworkers.  I personally need to spend more time trying to develop some level of proficiency in inkscape.  Regards > GLC in Cypress, Texas

Welcome!

I think a whole lot of us have been 'social distancing' down to our shops these days. ;)

Welcome to the forum. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your projects.
I spent some time in the Virginia Beach area while I was in the U.S. Navy.
Good memories!
God Bless! Spirithorse
