Found this old pattern and thought it would be fun particularly since I have an assortment of ball caps. It's 3/4" popular with minwax golden oak stain. It holds 5 caps - I really should make about 3 more.
I do want you other Baseball followers to take special note of the cap pictured. I moved from outside Chicago 22 years ago but I'm still a fair weathered Cubby fan. Hope springs eternal. As a side note, I worried about cutting with only 21" deep on my Hawk and never thought about having to stand away from saw table so far that I could hardly see the lines of reach the controls (30" or 76.2cm).
