CNC

Steve's recent posts about going over to the Dark SIde and his new free CNC machine.
I guess, once you get by the learning curve, you would be able to
make some pretty neat things.
To each his own
BUT...
CNC is not for me.
I will stick with the old fashioned way.
A Scroll Saw and take pride in the work I do.
To me, I get more satisfaction this way.

LOL yeah I just got around to watching it also. I love my electronics  but I am with you I will stick with the good ol scroll saw.  It was funny I watched his video and he was talking  shop with Russ  and he said he was doing a review and to see if there was a fit with scroll sawing. I REALLY don't see how my self. It is hand made or machine made. Maybe the people that design  patterns could use it to cut out there patterns to show how it would look on wood. But then again by them not cutting them out themselves they would not know from the personal experience of cutting it out.  Steve I guess you will have to make a subcategory  forum  on the CNC machines for the folks that do like it.
