Logo ADPRO Laudem
« on: November 07, 2014, 10:44:42 am »
Hello, very good day to you all.
I present my last work requested by a customer.
I had to print in large format.
And I used hand jig and scroll saw to cut it.
The original size is 1.50 meters x .60 cms.
It was a challenge, as it is pine plywood 2nd quality of 3/4 inch.
The wood was purchased by the customer
When cut, for its poor quality, it was much splintering.
I had to fill in the splinters as best I could.
Hope you like my work and in advance, thank you very much for your comments.

Looks pretty good Frank.  Can't see where you filled the bad spots.  Thanks for sharing.

You are really good at your craft, I cannot see where you filled at all.  Paint work looks spot on too.  Well done Frank.

Nice work Frank. Very clean and good job with any filling you had to do.

I'd think the cost of good BB Ply would be small compared to the labor cost for this project. The waterproof glue alone should be worth the extra cost.
