Belt sander cradle

I've pretty much exhausted all the woodworking sites. Can anyone refer me to a _clear_ set of instructions on how to build a jig for a belt sander (making it hands free)? Cheers, Barry.

Mmm, nope, the configuration of the handle doesn't lend itself to sit securely. Thanks anyway...
