Thoughts and prayers please for our Military

To all my friends/family here on the forum.
My son Cory Claridy is now out sailing around the Pacific Ocean on a MEU (Marine Expeditionary Unit) with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines. I would ask everyone to keep Cory, all those in BLT 3/5 and all our Military in your thoughts and prayers. With everything going on in the middle east right now I can't help but worry. I am not saying that he is going to be involved in or going to that area. But in reality, he is a Marine on active duty and can be called to where they need him along with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines. I hope and pray that God keeps his Angels encamped around you, keeping you safe and well my son.

P.S. It's also his Birthday today and it sucks we can't celebrate it with him.

The military are always in my prayers, for sure.  The way things are going the whole world needs a heap of prayers.  Seems to be chaos everywhere.  I'm afraid it is going to get much worse.

Russ,  It's always a good idea to thank military people for the service they offer us, but I would like to thank you, his family, for the sacrifices and emotional costs you bear as a result of his service.  Thank you and all military Moms and Dads!

Prayers to your family, Cory, and all U.S. military past and present.

Did you happen to see our so called Commander in Chief's salute in the news today?
Holding a cup of tea or coffee in the same hand he raised in a half hearted salute.
The salute is supposed to be a sign of respect. If it can't be done correctly it would be
less offensive to not go through any gestures at all!

prayer going out, not only for Cory, but to all soldiers who risk their life's in keeping us safe!!
US soldiers, but also for all soldiers of the countries joined in NATO forces.
Our Dutch forces have got extra threats from IS forces last couple of day's so they are in my prayers.
so Prayers to keep them all save!

Yes Russ, we will pray for our military and families. I have a grandson in the Marines and one in the Navy. The marine is a communication soldier and the navy grandson is a medic. Thanks for you request.
