Hi Peter, I have an ipad and android phone. I was looking for something for the computer if I can find something. I'll have to try and do a search I guess, maybe for the Ipad might be good.

I use an app called Images Easy Resizer. It works good and very easy.

Your computer probably already has PAINT.  Send it there, click "Resize" and Save.

for a quick resize I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, comes free with the office suite.
if you have the Office2013 it's no longer available so you have to install the free SharePoint Designer (SPD) 2010 , it's included in there .

Ralph:  Steve made a small program for this type of problem.
Try going Here
Scroll down bout 1/4 page to find "PixSize" under the picture there is a link to the file.
That will D/Load a Zip file to your computer.

Cheers enjoy

There is a program called Irfanveiw (free) and all scrollers should have it.

GOOGLE Irfanveiw

Make sure you download it from the Irfanveiw site so you don't get piggyback software.

Load all of the plugins to get full use of the software.

This program is made by a talented guy from Bosnia and he even has a forum to get help.

With this program you can delete the grey watermarks from clipart by going to IMAGE and decrease color depth.

It is easy to crop pics and resize.

You can Rotate, Resize, Invert and many other-things.

Try it and let me know how you like it.
