Well I just bought myself a new piece of excersize equipment  - I used it this morning and now I'm totally knackered!!!

Well at least the thought was there Marg!!!!  I had to use the folding stool to rest on the way to the block lol.

I tried it,it wore me out so replaced it with a brick.
When I get rested I'll see if I can get around the smaller block.
Think the deference will be like from a country mile to a city block.
