Here's a simple one rendered from a starter image in Wikipedia (in the public domain). If you Google for "skull and cross banes images" there are a lot of them, but with watermarks on them.
EX-21 arrived 2-1-2013!

I have done both with leaving the clock out of the first and leaving the shelf part out of the second.  You could always leave the ships and shelf both out of the second.
