Harry Potter
« on: September 26, 2013, 07:26:22 am »
Well I just finished my Harry Potter portrait. It is made from 4mm Birch Ply and finished in BLO/Thinners then a coat of Lacquer. It's a new can of lacquer in a High Velocity Low Pressure can with an adjustable spray pattern to the nozzle. The Hvlp means I get more spray on the project with less overspray, and I'm finding it only needs 1 coat instead of 2 or 3 from the old cans so it lasts a lot longer.

Very nice indeed.  Thanks for sharing with us.  Both the cutting and the laquer idea.
