Pippi and mr Nilsson plaque's
« on: August 19, 2013, 12:56:29 am »
made these Pippi and mr Nilsson plaques out of 1/8" BB ply.
at first I planed not to paint the backer, but with the big open parts in the girl it didn't look right.
so did paint it black.
all finished with some coats of clear lacquer.

made it for my niece, it's her gift at the end of her 1 year internship.
projects will be hang on the doors of two group-rooms in a daycare center for multiple disabled children.

had a piece of waste hardboard under it wile cutting, came out nice so made a second one so my nice had a keepsake as well..

@Mahendra:  thanks for the Nilsson pattern!
