not much to say here. observe the world around you and make your own judgments. Whoever judges this to be a religion of peace is a fool.

really sad for that girl,

But does it really has to do with that religion or with an over fanatic fool?
I'm not a Muslim, so don't know facts, but does the Islam really tells you to kill and burn your daughter?
For me the father is an insane lunatic !

I don't say it's a religion of peach, an I'm not sympathizing with Muslims.
But these things also happened in Christian or other religion groups every now and then.
A few insane individuals act stupidly and then all of the others get stigmatized by this act of one person.

lets be careful with our judgment. ;)

Be careful, but don't be negligent. This is not uncommon among muslim fathers - we've had cases here in the US. One report I've seen claims there are an estimated 1.8 million men waiting in line for the honor of blowing themselves up in the effort to kill people they don't even know. There's no peace there.

We have had cases here in Canada where Muslim girls have been murdered. And by parents that say , " they dishonoured the family by doing simple things like showing their hair or by talking to boys. Makes you wonder, are they fanatics. I don't know much about the Muslim religion but I know enough to understand that this is not right.

What are we here for but to help others. (Author unknown)

If I'm not mistaken Sharia Law is what is behind all of this, and if you aren't for it you are against it and then you are an Infidel and an enemy, and they have absolutely no use for their enemies except as targets.
And it doesn't matter if you are Jew, Arab, gentile or whatever, an enemy is an enemy.
Remember too the videos showing them dancing and singing in the streets after the attack on the World Trade Towers and the Pentagon. Peaceful I think not, and definitely no friend of the USA Or Britain or you name the country. Do some searches and see what you come up with, start with Muslim Riots or Demonstrations.

I am not a fan of religion in any form, they all have their dirty little secrets but I agree we all need a code of conduct to live by in order to function. Therefore I am a great advocate of the 10 commandments. if we all followed them, it would be a far better world. Iggy
