Are these portraits cut from 3mm MDF? That sounds like it might be a lot less expensive an easier to get than our Baltic Birch Plywood.
Your PVC Lamps - what size pipe do you use? Is it Schedule 40 pipe or some lighter weight drain pipe? Do you cut the image through the pipe wall, or is the image added to the outside of the pipe?
