coyote stencil shop problems

probabally made a huge mistake purchased Coyote stencil shop Ver3 and it keeps crashing just as I am about to print. My PC meets all the specs for the program but will not function emailed support so far no help at all. The program works fine on the laptop with XP but dosen't like windows 7 by the look even though the provider says it's compatable. Any suggestion would be appreciated.Being from Australia makes it more frustating attempting to get support.

Have you gone into explorer found the .exe file and run it in compatibility mode for XP?

I have Coyote Stencil Shop and when I create a pattern, I save the pattern into a picture file, then print it. Not print it through the program. I don't know if that will help or not.
