I hope that you folk appreciate the service you get from Seyco and Ray because I have an excalabur 21 saw and this is my second experience with shoddy support . The first issue was resolved thanks to Ray's contact with General. I find a non essential part [thank goodness] has failed and after contacting the Australian supplier I was informed that no service till next week. If this had been an essential part I would have been up the creek with no paddle. Any other Aussies having issues with Carbatec?
