A Do-Over
« on: April 05, 2013, 08:57:31 pm »
This is a little of an oldie but goodie....I re-did this one. took it out of a frame, did some retouch on it and put it on an isle for display...I like the way it looks better now.  This is one of the first project's I made about 7 months ago.

Thanks for Lookin'

I made this from 1/4" BB, then gave it a 3 stage stain.  First a coat of Shellac over the entire piece.  Then a coat of Golden Oak stain, English Chestnut stain then on the tree truck a coat of Special Walnut stain.

Spray with Shallac again and sand lightly.
