Gray, That looks like a photograph of a photograph and is really poor quality which means you will get a poor quality pattern. Can you take a better photograph of it, preferably out of the frame and in natural light. Make sure that the camera is approx. parallel to the photograph or better yet, take it out of the frame and scan it.
I gave this picture a try but is very difficult considering the quality.
