Ballerina Pattern

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a pattern for a Ballerina. I have several outlines but I wanted something with much more detail, more of a fretwork style and quite detailed if possible.

Hopefully, this will end up in the shape of a ballerina, not a ballerina image cut into a rectangular piece of wood.
