How are you guys (and Gals) in America and Canada coping with the big storm that just hit??  Hope everyone is safe and well

Missed us here in Nova Scotia, Keefie.  We were lucky. So many on the east coast and inland and Canada were affected. I hope they are all OK.

We dodged a major hit here. As the storm moved north, the winds shifted, coming out of the NW and pushed the storm surge back out to the ocean. The folks up in New Jersey, New York and Conn took a bad hit.  My heart and prayers go to them. We know what the are going through as we got that hit  from Isabel a few years ago.

Whole lotta wind, some rain, and a bit of tidal surge here on the mid coast of Maine.  Not aware of any real damage though.  At about 2 a.m. it sounded as if we would be blown away, but that subsided after 20 minutes or so.

Heavy winds, and heavy snow are hitting us here in WV
A lot of power outages as well. Lucky I still have power... but the snow is piling up and it is very wet and heavy. Hope everyone effected is OK!

Had lots of wind and rain in southern Ontario on Tuesday.  Weather predictions was for heavier winds and rain yesterday, but it was not as bad yesterday as it had been on Monday.  So no real damage or hydro problems in London area.
Still raining lightly today and supposed to be tomorrow.  Hoping to see some sun on the weekend....if weatherman is correct :-))
