Strange compound cut cartoon stork
« on: August 16, 2012, 09:13:53 am »
A few years back I found a pattern for a raindeer I liked and the book of patterns that it was in contained a couple of these strange but neat animals.  Cut from pine about 3 1/2 inches tall glued to a white cedar slice.  Finished with shellac.

Hey DW, can you tell us what kind and size of blade you used?

I used a FD #3 ultra reverse blade to cut that and a bit of patience :)
