Update on my wife (Nancy)

All the tests came back great so that's good. They are going to increase her dosage on her medication so they will keep her until tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. Thanks for all the prayers and concerns, I am so thankful to have all of you as my friends.  :)

Hi Russ, I am sorry to hear of your wife's illness. I have A-Fib for the pass 9 years and the paramedics had to use the paddles on me twice to bring my heart back to normal beat. I have been on a beta blocker called Atenolol which regulates my heart. Last week my cardiologist prescribed a medicine which prevents a-fib episodes it is Propafenone. Maybe you can talk to her doctor about this drug. I just started this medication and if it works the doc will allow me to stop taking Atenolol in 2 months. Best wishes to your wife.
