Hi newfie, It took me 2 days to cut it, then after sanding it I gave it a bath in BLO/celulose thinners 50/50 mix and allowed 24hrs to dry. then I gave it 3 coats of laquer. All thats left is to fit a green backer to it when the postie delivers it .
