Yep....Googled and ....IS A WASP NEST.... 
              Almost attempted to use the 20 foot shot of WASP SPRAY, but it sure would MAKE THEM MAD 
              and they might be FASTER than me.  LOL 

Guess I should give in and call a Pro.                Does anyone have any other ideas?            Thanks...........Danny  :+}

Liquid nitrogen. That's how our Fireman experts deal with wasp beehives. AND protective clothes.

Nice, clean, odourless, when you have cut the piece you put it face-down on a wet sponge towel until the paper template soaks and peels away. The glue is also water-soluble, and leaves no residues.
