When cutting 1/4 inch Baltic birch what is the best speed and blade on the scroll saw

Hi I'm Randy I've been scrolling for about 20 Years now mainly as a hobby. Just got an Excalibur Ex21. It's a great saw. I use FD blades I do Small projects like Steve's patterns. I'm starting to try tougher projects since I got the ex21 Though. Well time to saw now see you.
