Jim, a lot of times the alignment with the blade being in the center of the hole on the table is adjusted by simply loosing the bolts/screws holding the table, adjusting and then retightening. If you are talking about the table being 90 degrees to the blade when from the factory, these also may take minor adjustments. The best way to check this is using a piece of wood that is just able to go from the table to the upper arm with a blade installed. Feed the wood into the blade about 1/16 of an inch just enough to see the saw line. Then flip the piece of wood over and see if it aligns with the back of the blade. If it is straight up and down when held against the blade, your table is square with the blade. There are a lot of videos showing this on Youtube and Steve has a video on this also. Hope this helps.
