Pattern Requests. / special request

I was recently asked to make something for a friend, however if I try to do this by hand I'm quite sure it would not
look very well. they are lookin for a sign that states:

                       all my
                    BROWNIES
                  needed was a
                       BAKER


anything that fits a standard copy paper size would be fine

just need some help choosing correct blades. I want to try some puzzles but need smaller blades then what I am currently using so the pieces fit tighter.
I am still new to this but really enjoying the learning curve.  thanks in advance for any help.
