General Scroll Saw Talk / Just had to CRY to somebody....LOL Danny :+}

Picture this....  Not big, but larger Fragile project.  Approx. 100 inside cuts. 
All is coming out well...TILL....  This is the TRUTH....  Was the LAST inside
cut.  Was DISTRACTED by my Neighbor for just a SECOND and BAM....
Top AND Bottom layer broke out completely.  Two middle layers held on.
Decision, Decision....Finshed cutting the outside hoping I could salvage the
two middle layers.  ((Didn't COMPLETELY finish that cut before the BREAKAGE))
So being very careful I started that FINAL LIL CUT (maybe a 1/2 inch).  OOOpppps!
It broke also!  Looked n Looked at everything and there just wasn't anyway to
glue the pieces back in to look good....SO....My FIRST Designer Firewood in a
Long, Long time.  Cry.cry.... Oh well....  One time in Many I guess it ok....  LOL

I really Thank Everyone for their Kind Feelings.  Always means a Lot to me. 
My Wife n I decided to change up this year and I built a display (small) with
a 3 foot Christmas Tree that is fully lighted and decorated and spins 360 degrees
per hour.  Its Beautiful.  I made a portion of the wall behind this display where
I Hung most of my Ornaments plus will be a Christmas Card area.  Anyway
Tomorrow (Saturday) we start Decorating.  Love this time of each year....  Danny :+}

These Wonderful Christmas Ornaments were made by our own MARCEL.
We share ornaments every year.  For those that might not know him.  He
lives in Holland.  Notice the Beautiful lil Wooden Shoes he sent?

Can't remember a certain date to post Ornaments, so gonna post mine now.
All these Beautiful, Wonderful Ornaments were from Billy in VA.  And Santa
was really Good to me.

These were sent to me by Dan (dgman).  Last year he was so nice to offer to
exchange ornaments with me (I just did not get in, but thot I did).  I was happy
and excepted his offer.  This year he Surprised me with Christmas Ornaments.
All three are simply BEAUTIFUL.  Pictures are deceiving.  In person they look and
feel RICH.

Thanks Becky for you Post....  GB I did call my cable provider and they were very helpful in helping me program the two remotes that came with the cable box.  Now
I click one button and the box and TV shut off.  Yea!  Boy I just LOVE being a part
of this FORUM.  Not only for Scrolling, but I think FOR almost ANYTHING.  Danny :+}

Have 42" T.V.  Not the best, but pretty good one.  Subscribe to a Cable Co..  They installed their Cable Box as I call it.  T.V. and Box have their own Remotes.  Question.

Do you.... using the remotes turn off what you see AT the cable box or use the remote to turn off the T.V. ? 

My concern is we have turned off the Cable Box....BUT....Of course there isn't any picture on the T.V.....BUT.... the T.V. shows a very dim glow.  Like a Led light.

Anyway....  in Conclusion....  Turn off T.V. or Cable Box ....FIRST....  Danny  :+}

Hey Terry....I made several letter openers.  One the same pattern from Steve.  I did mess the first one up pretty badly and tossed it, but learned using a belt sander I have to be extra careful.  Keep thinking about whats happening.  And Whalla....I got pretty darn good at sharpening a wooden blade.  LOL  Danny  :+}

Mike....Hope no body already asked, but can't remember reading about how long did it take you to cut that pattern?  And you must have 20/20 vision and not get many head aches from staring at so many different shapes for so long.  You are Amazing. Danny
