Hey Ed....  You did  Outstanding job on cutting a Beautiful Picture. 
What do you plan on doing with it?  Reason for asking is years ago
I also got Hooked on cutting Jigsaw puzzles.  And Steve started this. LOL
Thought they would be a Good Craft Show seller....WRONG....  Still have
a couple boxes of them!  Have you thought of snapping a picture of your
family or friends and either you print or some specialty place to do it and
make it into a jigsaw puzzle.  I made all mine in different sizes of rectangles.
Used 1/4" wood.  Hardwood mostly.  Then construct a box with a lid to hold.
    Ok nuff of this jabber.  I stopped cutting these a couple years ago.  Danny  :+}

Was in between projects last week and decided to do something with a chunk of
wood, so went thru Steves Patterns and picked the first one I came to that would
fit and during and after cutting this I really started getting a Good feeling of this
being a GREAT project.  Didn't take long and all cut well.  Tks for lukin....  Danny :+}

GB I agree with Everything you said 100%.  About the Red Cross....  Back yonder
I believed in giving Blood as often as I could.  In fact I was up over 2 gallons. 
Then I read and investigated the CEO think was Ann something and found out her
yearly salary.  That woke me up and I have not given blood since.  Same goes for
United Way....  There is absolute NO reason for that high of a salary.  Danny  :+}

2 layers 1/4"....  BB....  Just finished cutting using a 1/8" on the Bottom.  Used
the FD-UR #1 for the complete project.  Yes....I did go thru a few blades.  The
bottom layer came out as good and clean as the other 2.  Yea!

Wrong area, but want to post a picture.  Chris Messer has started this project.

Just have to add my 2 cents as to why a blade wonders off the line.
A Dull blade....Speed to slow....Not enough tension....and wood selection.
Not being a Spiral user, but I know without lots of experience and know how
they will wonder. 

I am a believer that using a FD-UR #1 blade I WILL cut  straight line.

Decided to pull the broken bigger parts out of the trash and hang on the wall
where I can see and REMEMBER....LOL

To answer a couple questions....When this happened the blade was just turning at a seriously
tight bend in the pattern.  When I jumped my hands moved and BANG the blade on its decent
into the normal position actually made the top layer fly a lil into the upward way and bounce
on the saws able and fall to the floor.  The Bottom layer broke off also and left the blade
binding between the 2 middle layers.  All layers were wrecked as far as I seen it.  The Project
was another  (supposedly two more ....WHEEL BARROWS....)  To delicate of a project to try
and glue bits n pieces back together.  Anyway the next day I STARTED OVER and successfully
completed them.  Yea!

Mister King....Just be warned that when you get to that point in your experience
you will finally find that feeling of accomplishment and will be wanting to Scroll
anything and everything. Been there....Done that....  Practice n more of it and in

And I Thank Everyone for their feelings....Good things sometimes come to a End,
but I got up and STARTED OVER....Yep....  It is completed and I have it almost
ready to send....  Wanted to cut this for a very dear Friend when I started.  Now I
am VERY, VERY HAPPY....  Side note....  When I got down to that LAST CUT.  I just
kept on cutting and TRIED not to think about what happened.  It worked.  Yea! It
was the WONDERFUL feelings I experienced when I finished.  Anyway....Danny :+}
