I have a question too. Does the clay work as well as the inlay material for key chains etc.?  8)

General Scroll Saw Talk / Re: Ryobi Scroll Saw
« on: April 29, 2010, 03:49:38 pm »
I hate to tell you this but Ryobi is another one of those low end scrollsaws just like Skil. Some people buy them and seemed to be satisfied while others curse and complain. I am afraid the old saying "you get what you pay for" is true when it comes to buying a scrollsaw. You have to look at it as an investment to happy scrolling.  Are you going to use it occasionally, or everyday? Because those low end saws won't last as long as the high end. You are the one who is going to be using it with a smile or a frown. Hope this helps.  8)

General Scroll Saw Talk / Re: What is the best glue
« on: April 28, 2010, 02:15:15 pm »
Just to set the record straight:
Elmer's is a company rich in history and tradition. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Elmer's has been producing the most well known line of consumer adhesives for over six decades in the USA.
The company was originally part of the Borden? Company, which introduced the first consumer white glue in 1947.
Elmer is the spouse of Borden's famed corporate symbol, Elsie the cow.

When you say ace, ace as in Ace Hardware? If so what is the model number. Also I don't think Mike (Flying Dutchman) makes pinned blades. They are not listed on his web site.  8)
