It's a branch of the government. When I was living in tn. I had to call for an ambulance for my neighbor. Now there is one road going to two houses and the dispatcher asked me if it was the house on the right or the one up the hill. He could see the full driveway and both houses even though one is hidden in the trees...................scary!!!!
