I use the blue painters tape.  If I use the packing tape over it, I put it on before the pattern. Cuts down on the glare.

Judy, Cut your pattern.   Sent a picture to my daughter.  She showed it to her friend.

She said her friend loved it and became emotional when she saw it.

I made a couple 1/4" thick.  Seemed too thin.  1/2 " thick looks and feels much better.
