Not sure thats the correct spelling for them PESKY lil critters, but I ran across a

Sure fire way to GET RID OF THEM....  Every year this time we get bothered by
them right n left and especially when eating.  Anyway....  MIX  in small jar OR?
WITH A LID.  A few drops of regular dish washing liquid with APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
I use a small jar with approx. 1/3 cup vinegar...............

Drill lots of tiny holes in the lid and set it ANYWHEREs....  We have been using this
method for a month and HEY MIRACLES DO HAPPEN.  HASN'T BEEN A ONE THAT
HAS BUZZED AROUND MY FACE SINCE THEN.    Anyway....  Danny  :+}

Hello Friend....I just got to the point after using the brush method and never
getting the finish to look smooth that i CHOSE just use spray paint.  I usually
get a real smooth and more or less professional appearance.  I am a believer
the the Krylon brand is the best.  Many colors come with a built in primer.  Like
2 in 1.  Drys fairly fast also.  Anyways this is just my 2 cents worth.  Danny  :+}

fast, but sometimes not accurate, so somewhere last week like typing a email I
must have accidentally clicked on Ctrl and the PLUS key.  Thanks for helping.  :+}

Thank You ALL for your Kind Comments.  I was made aware of something very
important about the Bible verse in the Pattern.  I didn't realize it, but another
friend here brought it to my attention this morning.  There IS NOT a CHAPTER 25
in JOSHUA.  The pattern should of been designed with Joshua 24:15.  I WILL
contact the designer directly.                                Danny  :+(

Brag Forum / Basswood Project Up-date.... :+}

Just want to say that I LEARNED A THING OR TWO....  This is the way that this
project came out.  It only has the 50/50 couple of coats.  This Basswood sucks
it up.  Over-all I want to say Thanks to DUSTIN for your Funny post towards my
giving up.  Made me think.  Was not EASY cutting the very end letters when I
had 14 INCHES of the wood pushing into the belly.  Had to suck it in some.  LOL
The FINE DUST is Awful, but rigging a Fan Blowing and a Fan Sucking worked like
a CHARM.  Anyway I am as always wanting to read what you all think.  Danny  :+}

All's going Well....Rigged up the Shop Vac. with a small fan blowing directly at the
area where all the cutting goes on.  Also set up a Square fan sucking any dust that
gets by the shop vac.  Works GREAT.  Still....Basswood (like some said) creates
very FINE dust particles.  Hey Friends....another....LIVE AND LEARN.

My first feelings towards this wood is I Probably Will Not Purchase it again.  LOL

Well I took the Plaque of Joshua 25:15 off the shelf.  Looked again and maybe it does
look OK.  Think I will give it another go today with a better dust collection.  Danny :+}

Well for those that have posted to my earlier post I just want to say that I got to the
point after cutting say 7 areas.  It is a very DUSTY sawdust.  Not good for cutting
with only a couple fans.  Way to much of a mess!  The blank was 10 X 15 OVAL.  Not exactly on the easy side to control cutting.  I say the 7 areas could get by, but just
not my Quality, so I QUIT.  Yep!  Shelfed it for MAYBE later.  Danny  :+}

I give a BIG THANKS to all for their input.  This was only by accident of seeing this
wood blank at Michael s.  Didn't go in to buy it....but....DID....

GB....Was planning on adding a 1/8 backer.  Think its time to get out there and
         start making sawdust.

I REALLY LIKE what I see with the 2 projects shown.  Great looking.... Danny  :+}
