Thank you all for the kind comments. Even though they were done for a friend, he gave me $50 for my troubles. I had probaby had $10 - $12 in supplies and 4 or 5 total hours on the project.

Starting to build up the Christmas ornament collection for the annual give away? To friends, relatives, coworkers etc. Thanks to Dan Smith (smitty0312) for sharing the pattern with me. The rails are purple heart and the tops are oak. Now to start on the next group?

I have used spray and acrylic, spray the whole thing, and then do a little detailing with the acrylic. The thing that I really like is spray glitter. After the paint I spray some gold aeresol glitter on, they really sparkle, and twinkle. I got it at Michaels craft store. Oh and I also do some in natural wood finish too.

Made these for a friend, they go in the upper corners of windows to hide the window covering brackets. The scrolled pieces are ?? oak with a 49 inch single cut (I measured it with a string). About a half hour and a new blade (FDUR5) for each.

In the bottom right photo, the legs seem to be much narrower than the 1/16" base!
