Thanks everyone.

Marcellarius: I wrote the first two verses of the poem, the last two verses come from an old folklore.

jimbo: I made a little paper scroll to put in the coffin.

Merlin: I made the pattern and Skelly. I made the pattern in Inkscape so I can make it any size I want.

Mark: The coffin is six inches long.

I have eight 4' florescent lights in my shop, but I use lighted magnifier lamp and added a LED light to the end of the blower tube. Works great.  8)

I agree, I would use a FD UR #5 or #7. David, after you have the blade in and tension on it you can take a small file or piece of sand paper and file or sand the back of the blade to round off the edges. FD Mike has posted in a thread that you do not have to file or sand Flying Dutchman blades. 8)

If it is a pattern with small intracate cuts I have found FD Puzzle blades from Mike work great. If I am doing veining and need to open up the line (cut) I do the same thing as Merlin, flat blade then a spiral blade.  8)

I cut at full speed. I think I just might try and slow it down on thin wood. Good suggestion.  8)

Decided to make a mini coffin for Halloween. LOL

 :o  :o  :o

Don't laugh at me
Because I have no skin
You don't know where I have been

Six foot under
That's where I am found
With all these worms
Crawling round and round

The worms crawl in
The worms crawl out,
The worms play Pinochle on my snout,

My eyes fell in
My teeth decayed
So that is the end
Of a horrible day.
