Last week was fantastic. Temps in low 90's but low humidity. This week has started out raining but looks like the rest of it will be nice. Temps in 80's low humidity.

Hardwood Plywood can be used for projects instead of BB and give your project a different look without staining. They work very good and look great. Remember they are good one side and work great on projects where you can not see the back.

I think your are going to need to experiment on cutting. I know I have never cut laminent with a scroll saw. Using it as a backer for projects sounds like a good idea to me.

It is headed up the east coast of Florida. The southeast (The Keys, Miami, Fort Lauderdale) will be most affected, mostly just a little wind and lots of rain. I should be clear of it with just a few showers. yyyyguy (Orlando) should be about the same as me, maybe a little more rain. It should be long gone by Friday. Thanks for the concern.

You will have to get the old one off. Just start on the edge and work with it to get a small piece loose. I take a blunt object like a butter knife and work in behind it while pulling with even pressure. Be careful not to damage the sanders permanent backing or pull it loose. Time and patients is required, oh and two hands.
