I had a table saw for probably 20 years and never once used it.  Anything I needed to cut I did with either the band saw or my radial arm saw.  The band saw is just an inexpensive table top but my radial is commerical grade which I picked up used for 175.00 12 years ago and I use it a lot to cut boards.  This might be something to think about.

It is a Balmy 26 F right now (19 with wind chill)and we are under a Winter Storm watch.  We got about 6-7 inches of snow since yesterday morning and are expecting about 8 more by sunday evening. 

Did get the back walkway cleared (twice) but the driveway is beyond my ability so the car will stay in the garage.  The wind is picking up it is about 9 mpr coming off the lake.

In the 4th picture you can almost see the people out in their shanty's ice fishing.  They were there all day yesterday during the snow storm.  Guess the fish are really biting......

It's Pretty but I am ready for Spring!

Thanks Newfie for showing how you are progressing thru this project.  It really help us understand how to go about doing something this size.

One thing I noticed I bet no one else did is the board in the background and how you have traced around each tool to quickly show where each tool hangs.  Great Idea!  Thanks for the idea.

Looks like a good layout.  What size is your shop.  Where is your wood storage area?  What kind of lighting do you have.  My old shop was 10 X 16 and I quickly ran out of room......Sigh!
