I cut a lot of puzzles and agree with FD Mike. I use theUR#5 and if the wood is real hard, I'll use a UR #7.

I use the paste wax and like it. I use it about every 3 to 4 months. Just put a thin coat on the table, let it dry then buff.Makes the wood slide and move better while cutting. Have never used the Teflon treatment, will check it out.

Will keep you in our Prayers. I know how you feel, I broke my neck and back when I was younger. Still in pain, but work with it daily and keep moving. Never give into it.
