Here is a portrait I did for a co-worker to give to her boyfriend, a Danica Patrick fan. She wanted the neck of the fire suit to say "Go Davey" instead of "GoDaddy.com".

The Coffee Shop / Klingspor Woodworking

On the way down to my son's graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson, SC, I stopped at the Klingspor shop in Winston-Salem NC. If you ever get a chance to stop in one of their stores, do it, you won't regret it! They have just about everything a woodworker would want. I came home with a bandsaw blade, sandpaper for the sanding mop, a nice piece of Purple Heart, build your own chess set book, and a wildlife scrollsaw pattern book. My mother and wife were with me so I'm pretty sure there might be a few gifts from there for me come Christmas day.

« on: November 22, 2014, 10:47:36 am »This is a Wolf done from a Charles Dearing pattern. 1/8" BB cut with 3/0 FD New Spiral blades. Took me a while to complete because I am hanging drywall in the basement, looks like my scrolling is going to slow down for a while.
