walmart in the fish section.

I bought about 10 feet of the stuff for a couple bucks.

Also picked up an aquarium air pump that works way better then the pump on my saw because it is on 100% of the time.

Animals are at normal weights because they dont fiddle around with their food.

By that I mean they dont take the natural fats out and replace it with chemicals.

Ever notice how Americans have progressively gotten fatter since low fat foods came about and red meat got vilified?

I print my images from the computer onto regular paper.

Then I lightly spray the back with spray glue.  Lightly is the key here.  If you spray a nice thinck coating then it will stick on the wood and you wont be able to get it off.  they you have to sand like crazy and its annoying.

Trial and error will tell you how much a light spray is.

My key os if I can see wet glue on the paper, its too much. I spray for maybe 1 second for the whole piece.

I use bits that small or smaller for all my projects.

Usually #72 0r 73.

I use a jewelers hand drill.  One of those barber pole type things that looks like a spirally pen.

What i do is clip the shaft end of the bit so just enough of it sticks out of the chuck.  Otherwise the bend and will lots of times break just by the weight of the drill and its only a few ounces.

So if I drill 1/8" material, the part sticking out of the drill is just a hair over 1/8".

I use spray glue, just less of it so the pattern wont get stuck.

No need to really over think this.

If it cuts under control, its basically the right tension.

If the blades are breaking right away the tension is off.

You will be able to tell right away if its too little tension because it will start drifting on you and be tough to control.

your set up is suprisingly similar to mine.  the main difference is mine is pine and the tubes are colored plastic.

I dont use blue tape.

I use spray but the trick is to use it very, very sparingly.

I take the sheet that is going to be attached and just barely hit it with the spray from about 16 inches away or so if not farther.

Just one quick pass and thats it, not enough to even look wet.  if it looks wet then it will stick and you will have to sand it off.  If that happens i just let it dry and spray it again in about an hour or so.
