The cutting is fantastic, you did a marvelous job, but I agree about the backing it should not be glossy. But we all have our own ideas on what we use as backers, I use thick black paper.

A Mr Grenda sold his bus company that he started about 50 years ago and decided to give his workers a bonus so he shared $15million between them.  Depending on the length of time they had been there it went from $30,000 down to $850 to the guy that had been with him for just 3 months.  My daughter know this family personally because her boy friend goes on weekend jaunts with his sons and they also play gold together. A few years ago my daughters footy team were to play in the grand final and she could not afford to go so he sent her 2 free tickets.  What a fantastic guy he is, I would say the best.
