Malistar22 about the HOLES....  Very Tiny drill bit.  .068 or .065.  Only a #1 blade will fit thru comfortably.  Nibble the cut out area from left to right.  Easier than cutting the line from one end to meeting back.  Anyway this is just my 13 cents worth.................Danny  :+}

My Sincerest and Warm Thank You's for all your Meaningful messages.  They mean a Lot.
My Wife (Julie) will be coming home today.  From all the Many tests and procedures we were told that her Potassium level was really low.  Her B.P. was Low also.  There will be New Medicines.  She is is good Spirits considering.  I feel God has been with her (and myself) during these past few days as HE is always in our Lifes.  Thank ALL again....  Danny  :+}

No matter what Species of wood you cut this pattern on I wish you lots of Luck.
With that many inside cuts I would FOR SURE not cut it on ONE single piece.
Using BALTIC BIRCH ply (Good with Good on both sides) 1/4 stack of 2 or
1/8 stack of 4 (My Choice) and mounted (glued) onto a 1/2 or 3/4 nicely
routed piece (to me) would look GREAT....AND.... Would have 4 or them.  Yea!

Computer questions / Re: Problem with viewing SOME Downloads. ????
« on: January 22, 2014, 01:59:15 pm »
Well Ray I did exactly what you said....Preferences and changed to IE to open and Bingo it opened.  It was a Picture I downloaded from Here I think?  Might of been FB.  ?

Free File Viewer was set as the default file opener, but somewhere I read or heard about not using this....SO....I just Uninstalled it.

Had 2 other Pictures with the same Gibberish, but even with IE still didn't open.  Got tired of messing with this problem....SO....Just Deleted them.  All is Ok now.  Yea!

Thanks for all your help....  Danny  :+}

Let me be the FIRST to tell you....That is a Wonderful looking Design and Your Talents at cutting it is Superb.  I have cut lots of patterns on 3/4 Pine.  You probably already know that if your planning on using a STAIN that the End Grains look Awful ....Unless....specially prepared with other treatments.  Now I changed long ago and ONLY USE a OIL Product.  Like Danish Oil.

If you wouldn't mind saying I would just LOVE to cut that Beautiful Welcome Sign....Danny :+}

I bought a tube of E6000 at Wally-World for less that $4 and gave it a go.  Wifes Angel wing broke off.  Followed directions and gave it a few hours curing and afterwards I gave it a few strong pulls n twists and held perfectly.  Held Same with Painted wood to Bare Wood.  I say this is a Great Product.  It has a Pointed part where the glue come out which I Love for just applying small beads.  Its is Clear and drys clear.  Yep....  Very Good Glue....   Danny  :+}

One more reply....  Back a couple years ago I started taking Pictures of different things and printing them on glossy picture stock.  Came out looking Super and was a Big Hit.  Took Family poses and did the Jig Saw thing.  Only cut them to be 8X10 inches in size.  Used Steve's Method for securing to wood and Scrolling.  Used UR#1 blade.  Anyway  ..............  Danny  :+}
