Where do you have your saw set up ?  It may be moisture getting to it. Have you tried covering  your saw with a  towel or blanket to help keep it dry.

For those that don't have a Woodcraft store near them, try the Gwinnett Woodworkers on You Tube. Their shows are there regular weekly meetings, cover all sorts of wood working, including 1 1/2 Hr show on puzzle making. There is 125 of these shows. And remember, CountryScroller has a bunch of shows also on You Tube.

Pat
Pat,

looks really nice, all of them. that dragon in the egg is real nice.
Thank you all for the nice comments.  The dragon in the egg is my wife's favorite. I have the best wife, she likes wood working as much as I do. Her favorite thing is the finishing and detail work. We can spend hrs. together at the shop. After 42 years together she is my life. :-*
 Come February we both will retire and plan to spend a lot more time in the shop when we are not fishing { her #1 past time, even before the shop }.

Very nice, do you stack cut several at a time. Where can one find the pattern.
Yes, I stack cut 5 at a time. It was a free pattern in a magazine, Check your email.

Do you ever take these puzzles apart, or are they cut and then glued back together?
They come apart- my granddaughter loves puzzles. She is my tester, she puts together  every puzzle I make to see if kids will have a hard time with them { she's 5 }

Looks just like you both, great job. I'm not sure if I would cut the head rest on Dylan's chair.
