I sell mine for $5 as you can cut at least 4 at a time, 1/2 an hour to cut that's $40 an hour ha ha.
The ply wood ones I cut sell for $4 as the ply is free and I can stack cut 6 at a time

As I said you are a professional or a hobbyist, I do woodcraft to keep me busy and my mind occupied in my old age and I too have to sell what I make or I would have a house full as well, but you can still make a profit not enough to make a living but it keeps you in tools and the like

If you cut you self with a saw or what ever and it is faulty who is to blame the manufacturer, if you cut your self and the saw or what ever is not faulty you are a bl??dy idiot and should not be using such things, that is all I can say

I disagree with some of those remarks, if you are a professional wood crafter and you and are making a living from it you should be looking at selling to retail outlets and not worrying about what you can sell at W/E fairs and markets.
I am a hobbyist and sell my work at what I consider wholesale price, my club members and some others say I am to cheap. but I sell what I make, and make a profit

Don there is no solution to back to front bending as FD Mike has said, I get it most of the time from #5 blades to the finer blades, I bend them back when I cant get the blade through the hole, I use a pair of pliers, never had a blade break by doing that

General Scroll Saw Talk / Re: Ultra Fine Sanding solution....FYI
« on: October 09, 2011, 09:27:13 pm »
You can all so use the back side of sand paper so if your paper is 200 grit the reverse side would be 400 and so on, a lot of wood turners use this trick when sanding after 400, from 400 you go to 800 and keep on doubling till you get the desired finish
