I have just finished cutting an order for the "Cat Christmas Tree" here it is just cut and sanded but no finish on it yet. Do you think I should keep it a natural colour or should I stain it? opinions please.

I came home after a few days away to find a box had been delivered with some of the most beautiful Christmas Ornaments you have seen inside. Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to my Secret Santa (exchange partner) for such wonderful ornaments. I only have the chip collector type extractor, so I built myself a "Thein Seperator" since then I have only had to clean the bags on the extractor twice this year, 95% of dust and all but 100% of shavings (when woodturning on the lathe) is seperated by the cyclone. have a look at the plans here - http://www.cgallery.com/jpthien/cy.htm If you look, about halfway down the page there is a link to a demo video.
