Dos'n matter where one live my experience with national associations there is only a few that really benift, they say they cater for kids but see how many are members, and as I said in my other post when they levy all members of clubs in your country as they have done here I think it stinks

I was a member of the [NAW] NZ ASS, of woodskills and for $50 a year you got  4 mags a year trash material[sorry to say] and that was about it, if you were a pro turner you reaped the benifits.
Then they nearlly went broke so in all there wisdom they decided to put a$5 lever on all members of a woodcrafters club in NZ and guess what they bluffed there way through it, what do the clubs get  an insurance cover, sounded more like protection money to me, I put my 2 pennies worth in and asked how many claims our local club had had??? none, our club payed last year $700
What do you think of that??? the pros and the money people benifit the most , where is the justice

A great question to ask I think most of us have all catogries covered, I often think what I would like to have done for a living in stead of what I actually done not an easy question to ask of your self, think about it, I loved my job selling but the wrong CEO took over and thats why I quit,
Never regretted it

I don't think so Cherie, you are only as old as you feel, everyone has heard that saying, but i'm sure it is true, I had a real bad back and wouldn't do anything about it untill it got so bad I wnent to the doc and after 6 weeks of physio I am back to feeling a year younger or more, and believe me when you feel you are 90 some thing it is not good especially when you are only 60 something, but things are all most back to normal and life is great once again

Thanks Cherie
The jigsaws are out of a pattern book by Judy and Dave Petterson, there are some really good puzzles in this book, I only got 3 done before my scroller fell over, the other photo is of some trinket box I started making last year and sold really well, there is also a mini chair one of my first scroll projects.
And of course the SALT and PEPPER shakers
Jimbo
PS and of course Steves FROG thanks Steve
