Dead right Rog, I have been in sales for most of my life and even now I am selling my wood craft I will not reduce my price, I have many ask at craft fairs the answer is aways NO my prices are wholesale, not retail, I did a job for a costomer they supplied the wood 10 salad bowls, that was over 12 months ago I have kept 4 and will sell the rest to cover costs, the rest I cut up and gave away as fire wood, no deposit no work, and that is my motto from now on, I do give stuff away to family and good freinds

Not fussed about the shows I watch DGMan maily crime and drama, love the westerns but never get them,
the green one is supposed to be in NZ wed [tommorrow] our time but havn't heard from supplier, said I would send a cheque last week but still havn't heard, the phone will be next.
Ive been polishing my Nova 3000 and boy is it happy, my tools are all sharp as well.

More crafters are coloring wood espesially woodturners, but I like natural wood the best, I have colored the puzzels I have made from MDF but they are aimed at the childrens market.
The glass holder looks great I made some from the pattern Steve posted and they sold well, I also use one in my work shop, can all ways find my specs now

I got the patterns for the animal families out of wooden puzzels, it is a Fox Chapel book.
They are cut from 27ml MDF that I had given to me, I have made a set in wood but they don't look as good.

The kids always come back but very seldom say sorry, they probably think us as parents understand and that we perhaps have no feeling and can take it on the chin all the time.

Hey Merlin you can't be a wizard ther is all ready one in NZ, [I used to know the Duke of Wellington].
Using another name is noot hiding ones identity it is to stop confusion how many Jims ars there on this sight a lot I would say, other forums no one can use the same name, I also like the way some of you choose your name, I use my full name for my e-mail, some say I shouldn't but why not.
