hi Dan I run a Nova 3000 it is NZ made and was the last of then they are made China now, it is a medium size ith 8 speed manual change ranging from 250rpms to 3000rpm, it has a 16" swing over the bed.
Cherie there is no acrylic pens there they are all made from wood

The only time I clean up after working is when I have been on the lathe as it makes so much mess, not like the saw
Great looking work shop Gray, I see most of you cabinit are on wheels, I have all mine on wheels as I have no room and have to take my table and drop saw out side to use them

What sort of lathe did you buy Dan? I have a Nova 3000 one of the last made in NZ it is a medium size and has a swing of 16" over the bed, I have made many pens but find they are very hard to sell in NZ just now, I even tried dropping the price to get the cost of the iserts back with no sucsess, I have now made some of Steves pen stands and will try those, will post a pic later on

You have to keep the blade shape on the table saw and always ensure the riveing knife is on, and you may be able to get the trunks picture unglue if you heat the whole thing up with a heat gun or oven that shouild soften he glue, hope your day improves

It seems that a few members wish to  post in there own language, unfortunatly I am not bilingual and if they do this could they please translate into english as well as it is frustrating not to be able to read coments made by them, I hope I am not being rude or biased in this matter
